Designed for those in a “time crunch”. Get your core workout and be back in time for lunch. This 30-minute intense abdomen class focuses on strengthening and sculpting your abdomen and obliques. A great way to spend your lunch hour! Free for members.
Aquacise
Aquacise is a fantastic way to get fit as well as stay fit. The unique physical properties of water provide an ideal environment for exercise. The natural buoyancy of the water reduces weight-bearing stress, allowing a greater ease of movement with less strain on bones, joints and muscles. Free for members.
The density of the water helps the toning effects and assists in the strengthening of muscles with greater balance and efficiency. Pilates

Circuits
