Leisure and lessons
Heated to 32ºC (90ºF), the swimming pool is both wide and deep enough for leisure and lane swimming. We offer private swimming lessons for children and adults.
Please note, there is no step free access to the swimming pool.
Sauna and steam
Just want to relax after a busy day? Spend a few moments on one of the comfortable loungers around the pool, or head to the saunas and steam rooms in the male and female changing rooms.
Adults-only hours
The pool area can become quite lively when children are having swimming lessons. If you prefer more peace and quiet, come during adults-only hours: weekdays from 6.30am to 9am and 6.30pm to 8.30pm and weekends from 8am-9am.

Children Admissions Policy
Access hours – Monday to Friday 09:00 – 15:00
Saturday and Sunday 09:00 – 20:00
Children under the age of sixteen must be accompanied by parent or person aged 18+
