How it works

Select a trainer from the profiles below and we will arrange a trial session to allow you to get to know each other. If all goes well, you can then schedule further consultations directly with the trainer. Personal training for members starts at £70 per hour. Tommy Cierpicki

Enthusiastic, and full of smiles! In the past I was struggling with obesity and lack of self-confidence, now I am helping others to look, feel, and be better. I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2011. I fully believe that physical culture is the road to good health, self-confidence and wellbeing because everyone deserves to feel, and be good to themselves. Reka Martin

I have been in the fitness industry since 2012. I have worked in the UK and abroad and I came to Aquilla Health and Fitness to help you achieve the result you want. I’m known for my hard work and great sense of fun, regularly changing and developing routines to keep the joy in the work. When I am not in the gym, my other passion is performing Balinese Dance with the Lila Bhawa Dance Group.
