How it works
Select a trainer from the profiles below and we will arrange a trial session to allow you to get to know each other. If all goes well, you can then schedule further consultations directly with the trainer. Personal training for members starts at £70 per hour. Tommy Cierpicki
Enthusiastic, and full of smiles! In the past I was struggling with obesity and lack of self-confidence, now I am helping others to look, feel, and be better. I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2011. I fully believe that physical culture is the road to good health, self-confidence and wellbeing because everyone deserves to feel, and be good to themselves. Set your goals, find your motivation and don’t let it go!

Kurt Bascara
I’ve always been a sporty kid, and loved playing basketball and continued my training until 17. I was part of the school basketball team and also travelled to play against different schools. I have experience in different training methods, especially using our own body weight, I am open and easy to talk too and you can approach me anytime. I am currently doing my level 3 Personal Training course and hoping to finish it by this year. My goal is to help you become fit, healthy and the happiest version of yourselves. I am passionate about helping people and finding the right balance. I can be strict in the gym floor to get the most out of each session. With tailored training, we will be on this journey together.
