How it works
Select a trainer from the profiles below and we will arrange a trial session to allow you to get to know each other. If all goes well, you can then schedule further consultations directly with the trainer. Personal training for members starts at £70 per hour. Enthusiastic, and full of smiles! In the past I was struggling with obesity and lack of self-confidence, now I am helping others to look, feel, and be better. I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2011.
