How it works
Select a trainer from the profiles below and we will arrange a trial session to allow you to get to know each other. If all goes well, you can then schedule further consultations directly with the trainer. Personal training for members starts at £70 per hour. Tommy Cierpicki
I am a passionate and enthusiastic fitness professional dedicated to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I specialise in body shaping, fat burning, conditioning, hypertrophy, functional training, and addressing postural problems. My approach is influenced by the belief that physical fitness is a pathway to improved self-confidence and overall well-being.
Experience:
Having been in the fitness industry since 2011, I have experienced the important principles of training and understanding how to motivate people to achieve and overcome difficulties relating to exercise and wellbeing. Known for my enthusiastic approach, I do my best to understand what and how a person can truly believe in themselves and make the commitment to challenge themselves to achieve over and above their ability. My experience has allowed me to celebrate many successes and goals, reached by my mentors, colleagues and clients.

I am adept at designing challenging yet achievable workouts that push clients beyond their limits while ensuring safety and proper form. I am a dedicated and experienced Personal Trainer with a passion for helping my clients achieve their fitness goals. With knowledge of exercise science, diet, and wellbeing I design customised workout plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and fitness goals. I have a key interest in strength training, allowing individuals to see and develop endurance and results. I pride myself on achieving effective workouts and training to potential.
My style is to listen, understand and plan with a consistent and holistic approach to fitness, mental and physical wellbeing, and emotional strength. I am a skilled motivator who inspires clients to push past their limits and achieve success. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, I can help you take your fitness to the next level.

Having been in the fitness industry for 5 years I have helped and guided individuals through their fitness journey.
