How it works

Select a trainer from the profiles below and we will arrange a trial session to allow you to get to know each other. If all goes well, you can then schedule further consultations directly with the trainer. Personal training for members starts at £50 per hour. I have been involved in sports and fitness from a young age and in 2012 I moved to London from Scotland to pursue a career as a personal trainer. I have since gained experience of training clients in both a gym-based setting, as well as outdoor training. Never happy to rest on my laurels, I am constantly looking for ways to improve my skill set and service that will provide you, my client, with the best possible experience and results. Gyms can be an intimidating place, but they don’t have to be.
