Do you want to explore new ways to get in shape, like pilates, Lotte Berk or boxercise – or tone those tricky areas like abs and thighs? Do you like the motivation that group fitness classes provide? At Aquilla Health & Fitness we want working out to be fun. Included in our weekly programme of studio classes are several innovative exercise classes.

Circuits on Tuesday with Tommy at 6.30 pm
Lotte Berk – Wednesday 10.30 am with Robert
Yoga Friday 9.30 am with Natalie
Expert tuitionPick your class from our current studio class list, and don’t hesitate to call us if you have any questions. All classes are given by experts in their fields, including our in-house instructors and personal trainers. Many classes are complimentary for members and day pass holders, but those given by external providers incur a fee which should be paid directly to the instructor or company.

When the studio is not in use, members and day guests are welcome to use the stretching mats, resistance bands, skipping ropes and boxing equipment on offer.
