Pick your class from our current studio class list, and don’t hesitate to call us if you have any questions. All classes are given by experts in their fields, including our in-house instructors and personal trainers. Many classes are complimentary for members and day pass holders, but those given by external providers incur a fee which should be paid directly to the instructor or company.New classes
