Whether you’re interested in trying out pilates, Lotte Berk, or boxercise, or looking to tone those stubborn areas like abs and thighs, we’ve got you covered. Our studio classes are designed to make working out fun and motivating. Join us and discover the innovation and variety that our exercise classes have to offer.

Classes are:

Yoga Tuesday 8:30am – 9:30am with Ines 

Circuits on Tuesday with Tommy at 6.30 pm

Lotte Berk – Wednesday 10.00am -11.00am with Robert

Yoga Friday 9.30 am with Natalie

Expert tuition

Pick your class from our current studio class list, and don’t hesitate to call us if you have any questions. All classes are given by experts in their fields, including our in-house instructors and personal trainers. Many classes are complimentary for members and day pass holders, but those given by external providers incur a fee which should be paid directly to the instructor or company.
