Joining Aquilla Health and Fitness gives you access to a fully equipped gym and heated swimming pool in the heart of Knightsbridge. Our memberships are limited to ensure a quiet, peaceful space for everyone.

Monday – Friday 6.30am – 9pm
Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays: 8am – 8pm
Refer a friend
For every friend you refer who becomes an Aquilla Member, both you and your friend will receive 5 day passes.

Limited membership spaces
We have limited the number of membership spaces at Aquilla Health & Fitness. This means our members can enjoy a quiet gym space, with no overcrowding and no long wait times. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18, and are not permitted to use the sauna, steam rooms, hot tub or gym facilities.
Once our membership spaces are full, we will no longer be taking on new members. Get in touch as soon as possible to secure your space.
