Additional information

• Do let us know your choice of treatment in advance, so we inform your therapist.
• Please arrive 20 minutes before your treatment starts.
• Should you have any medical conditions that could affect your treatment, please contacts us, so we can discuss about adapting your treatment.
• You will require a £1 coin for the locker to release the key, which is returnable.
• Should you wish to prolong the benefits of your treatment, we have great products to recommend you. Just talk to our skin specialist when you arrive.

Terms and conditions

• This voucher must be produced on arrival. Failure to produce a valid voucher will not allow access to Aquilla.
• Treatments are booked at the allocated times. It is your responsibility to arrive before your allocated treatment time. Any late entrance will be taken out of your treatment time and may result in cancellation of your treatment.
• All bookings require pre-payment or your credit card details as a guarantee. All group bookings require pre-payment.
• The treatment you have selected is reserved especially for you. If necessary, you may cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the treatment time without penalty.
• To avoid disappointment we recommend all treatments are booked in advance at Aquilla reception.
• Lunch is offered in Palette Restaurant, located in the Rembrandt Hotel. Please be aware that you must be fully dressed when entering the hotel bar and restaurant.
• Treatment rooms are two separate rooms.
• Steam and sauna rooms are separate, male/female rooms.
• Although we aim to accommodate all guests, we would advise that due to access limitations, this club is may not be suitable for reduced mobility guests.
• Clients must fill out a medical consultation form before the treatments commence.
• Courses of bookings and gift vouchers will be valid for a period of six months, unless stated otherwise.
• All guests must adhere to full Aquilla conduct terms and conditions.

Please be aware that Aquilla is a health and fitness club, and we operate a lively swimming pool area and swimming lessons, serving club members, hotel guests and children.
