• Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Our spa facilities include a 15-metre heated indoor swimming pool, a hot tub heated to 38°C, and saunas and steam rooms located within the male and female changing rooms. You will also find a relaxation area by the pool, complete with comfortable loungers—perfect for unwinding before or after your swim.
Our swimming pool is heated to between 30-32 degrees, and is 15m long and 1.5m deep. It is family friendly and children are welcome to swim between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday, and 9am and 7:30pm on Weekends. The pool is closed for our Aquacise classes and swimming lessons at various times throughout the week, see our timetable for full details.
There are several car parks in Knightsbridge and South Kensington, and we recommend Chelsea Cloisters which is about a ten minute walk away.
Children are allowed between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 7:30pm on Weekends. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18, and are not permitted to use the sauna, steam rooms, hot tub or gym facilities.
