Dance Step is an easy to follow dance influenced workout performed on a step so you dance, pump the heart and shape your body. Each class consists of a 5 minute dance section on the floor after dancing on the step.

This class will utilize a variety of strength equipment including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and more, also incorporating proper stretch and posture techniques that allow you to be in control of your body. Vinyasa Flow Yoga
The word “Vinyasa” can be translated as “arranging something in a special way,” like yoga poses for example. In Vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced class where individual postures are held for
longer periods of time. The benefits are similar to other yoga styles: physically increasing strength and flexibility as well as enhancing your mind body connection. However, Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues and joints that might not be focused on in more active classes. Suitable for all levels, Yin is a perfect complement to more dynamic yoga or physical practices.
Our yoga classes comprises a combination of Ashtanga, Scaravelli and Iyenga yoga. The class concentrates on aligning and strengthening the back. This is done with various excellent asanas and breathing. The focus on core strength and stability encourages calm and deep breathing.
